Best Advice on how to fight Stress

From minor challenges to major crises, stress is part of life. And while you can't always control your circumstances, you can control how you respond to them.So how do we respond? What is the best way to tackle our stress?

Once, a psychologist to students about HOW TO FIGHT STRESS..

She took a glass half filled with water and raised it. The all students in the class expected the same usual question “ IS THE GLASS HALF EMPTY OR HALF FULL??”


But she asked with smile “HOW MUCH DOES THIS GLASS OF WATER WEIGH??”

The answer of the students varied from 200g to 500g.

Then she answered: “ The real weight isn’t important. What matters is how long I hold the glass in my hand for.”

If I hold it for just one minute, there won’t be any problem. If I hold it for one full hour, my arm will start to ache and if I hold it for one day, my arm will go completely numb..

The weight of the glass doesn’t change in any of the either case, but the longer I hold it for, the heavier the glass will seem to me.

The stress and problems are like this glass of water. If you think little about them, nothing happens. If you think a lot about them, you begin to feel the pain and if you do so for a whole day, you feel paralyzed and is unable to achieve anything.
